Our tapered hot tub covers feature Expanded Polystyrene (closed-cell) Foam core insulation in either a 1.5lb or 2lb densities to meet your needs. The Foam core insulation panels are heat sealed in a 4 ml Polyethylene vapor barrier, protecting your hot tub cover insulation against water absorption - a hot tub owner's worst nightmare!
