Shipping/Return Policy

Currently we ship within Canada and the US. If located outside of North America, please contact us in regards to shipping.  We are able to ship some products international.

All orders over $149.99 (excluding taxes) are shipped FREE to most address in Canada*.  On shipments totalling less that $149.99 (excluding taxes), we charge a nominal flat rate fee.

You are charged for shipping only ONCE PER ORDER no matter how many items you purchase.

* We can deliver your package pretty much anywhere in Canada.  However in some cases if your ship to address is outside of their delivery area, additional charges may apply. 

Hot Tub Cover Shipping and Policy details

We offer Free Shipping on all hot tub covers (up to 96") anywhere in Canada*!  Because each cover is custom built to fir your hot tub, it take approximately 4-6 weeks (subject to change without notice) from the time of order to actual delivery depending on your location and seasonal demand.

* Our courier company can deliver your package pretty much anywhere in Canada.  However in some cases if your ship to address is outside of their delivery area, additional charges may apply.

All hot tub cover are made to order as per the specs that you provided at time of order.  Once a cover is in production, it is non-refundable.  

***Important***

Upon receiving your cover, be sure someone is home to inspect the package for any damages.  If you notice damage to the packaging, there is a chance that the cover has also been damaged.  If you observe this, please refuse the shipment.  We assure you the filter did not leave our factory in that condition and was caused during transit.  If you accept the damaged shipment, you have assumed all liabilities and are not able to return for a refund.

 

Sauna and Hot Tub Shipping and Policy details

Saunas and hot tubs fall under our free shipping policy.  If in the event your delivery address is in a remote location, additional delivery charges may apply.  We will contact you to confirm prior to proceeding.

A few important things to take note of

  1. Your sauna or hot tub will be delivered curb side; meaning at then END of your driveway
  2. The courier company will contact you in order to arrange for delivery.  Its important that you answer these calls in a timely manner.  If failing to response, additional courier storage charges may be billed to you.
  3. The courier company is NOT responsible for unloading the items.  Most times these are being delivered in an 18-wheeler truck and trailer.
    1. If the sauna crate is less than 92” (7 feet), the trucking company may have a lift gate on the back of the truck which can be used to assist getting the sauna off the truck.
    2. If the sauna crate is more than 92”, there will not be a lift gate to unload the sauna crate and the customer needs to decide how they are going to get the crate off the truck.
  4. You as the customer are responsible to unloading the sauna/hot tub crates from the truck
    1. Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long
    2. The crate’s weight will vary from 800 pounds to 1600 pounds, depending on the size of the sauna
  5. Suggested methods for unloading the truck
    1. Use a forklift or other mechanical piece of equipment.  When using a fork lift to pick up the crates, they must be picked up from the end of the crate and fork lift extensions are required.
    2. Renting a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the local terminal and have it delivered to your home
    3. Have a crew of helpers able to either take the sauna off the truck or unload the crate while on the truck until the crate can be lifted off the truck
  6. If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL).  Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with “(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage.” Immediately, contact us, so we can contact the shipper.

Change of address

If you change the ship to address prior to your order leaving the factory, we will change the address free of charge. However, if you change the ship to address after your order leaves the factory there will be a $250 charge for this service.

 

  

Returns Policy (excluding covers, saunas and hot tubs)

We offer Zero hassle Return Policy on new items, unopened, unused and in original condition within 15 days of customer receiving the item. Items returned must be in salable condition without cosmetic, packaging or any other damage.

If the return is as a result of our error such as you received the incorrect item, we will exchange, refund or issue store credit for the value of the item within 30 days. We will also pay the return shipping costs.

If the item is defective we will exchange, refund or issue store credit for the value of the item if notified by email within 7 days of customer receiving the item. Any issues with the product after 7 days will fall under the manufacturer's warranty. Most warranty issues can be handle through us although some manufacturers prefer to handle their warranty claims directly with the consumer.

If the return is not as a result of our error or as a result of a defective item, we may or may not accept the return.  In the event that we do accept the return, you are responsible to ship the item back to us as well as cover any costs associated with shipping the item.  The item must be returned in all of the original packaging.  Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure the item is in saleable condition.  If so, we will contact you with the store credit that we can offer.  If the item or packaging is not in saleable condition, customer credits will be affected.

All returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee ($10.00 minimum).

You should expect to receive your refund/credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Hot Tub Cover Return Policy

All hot tub covers require a signature at time of receiving.  Please inspect the condition of the cover and packaging.  Refuse the shipment should there be any damage to the cover.  Once the cover has been delivered, signed for and or accepted, we can no longer accept returns due to the cover being damaged during shipment. 

We will accept returns for production mistakes or if you received the incorrect item.

If you received the incorrect item, we will also arrange return delivery (at the same location as initial deliver) for the cover.  The cover to be returned must be in new, un-used condition and re-packaged in the original packaging prior to pick up.  The replacement cover will be shipped once the incorrect or defective cover has been picked up.

Additionally, we accept returns under the conditions outlined in the non-prorated Warranty. Please notify us of any problems like this within 48 hours of receiving your cover.

We cannot accept returns nor can we offer refunds for any other reason (Examples: 1. You gave us the wrong dimensions. 2. Your Aunt hates the color).  

If you supplied us with a template for your custom hot tub cover, the cover dimensions will be manufactured base on the template we received.

All returns or refunds are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee ($60.00 minimum).

While we do our best to provide measurement instructions and guidance to ensure you receive the best fitted cover.  Hot tub cover are made with non rigid material and therefore have a 3/4" variance in measurements provided.  

 

Sauna and Hot Tub Return Policy

We do not accept returns on Saunas, hot tubs or cold plunge pools.  Please contact us should there be an issue with your order and we will correct as best as we can.
